2009 Queens Pageant

Credited as one of the longest running events in the history of Carson City Frontier Days, the Queens Pageant is also a special event. Each year, young ladies compete for the opportunity to serve as an ambassador to our town and festival. As we crown a new queen each year, we select a young lady with poise, dignity, and grace to send off throughout the year to surrounding cities to represent our community, and generate interest in Frontier Days.

This year we are proud to crown Tessa Wiles of Carson City as Miss Frontier Days 2009. During her reign, she will be present all throughout the weekend during our festival, as well as begin her summer parade circuit next door, in the Hubbardston Memorial Day Parade. If you see Tessa during our festival, please take a moment and congratulate her, and thank her for the wonderful work that she does for us.
